About
Organisations are having to shift their focus from growth post-pandemic to cost control to protect against the predicted economic downturn and crippling inflation rates.

As organisations switch their priorities from long-term investments to business-critical short term opportunities, it’s possible HR budget cuts may be on the way.

This is despite extensive evidence demonstrating the impact that employee engagement and positive cultures have on productivity and overall business success.

The HR profession did not go through the pandemic, a staffing crisis and Brexit pressures only for it to have its influence weaned.

This webinar, in partnership with people success platform Lattice, will help HR to create a battlecard for protecting its initiatives during economic crisis.

It will explore:
-The business case for a people-first approach during financial downturns
-Aligning key HR principles with a changing business strategy
-How HR can continue to engage employees when there are fewer promotions and pay rises available
