About
The past 18 months have caused unprecedented levels of disruption and mental stresses for employers and staff alike. The challenges faced aren’t taught in the pages of any management handbook.

Add to that the physical exertion of a job in manufacturing, and it’s clear that a focus on wellbeing has never been more important. What is less obvious is the role that software can play in doing this

Most people know that implementing MRP will deliver the usual benefits such as better stock control, more efficient sales/purchasing processes and improved visibility, but an important factor is often overlooked altogether and one of the key reasons for implementing it in the first place – people.

Many manufacturers do not understand the role the right manufacturing software can play in improving the mental and physical wellbeing of their staff.

This Manufacturing Management Live Panel event brings together experts from software, industry and staff welfare to explore the unique challenges of the past 18 months and how the manufacturing sector can use it as a catalyst to improve the welfare – and productivity – of their teams.

You will learn:
• Common physical wellbeing problems in manufacturing
• Common mental health wellbeing problems in manufacturing
• Statistics on issues surrounding physical/mental issues that affect employee attendance
• How a focus on staff wellbeing when implementing MRP/ERP can positively affect your workforce
• Case studies of companies where staff have directly benefited from manufacturing software
