Daniel is a Senior People Scientist for the EMEA region and he has a Bachelors in Psychology and an MSc in Org Psychology. Daniel has spent the last 10+ years working in the world of People & Talent (in-house), and the last 6 years in scaling start-ups in Europe and US, across varied industries like iGaming, Tech, Healthcare and Food. Prior to joining Culture Amp he was working as a Head of People & Talent. As a result his experience, he has a gained broad knowledge across the whole employee lifecycle.

Katie Winstanley
HR Director, Morson Group
Winstanley joined the Morson Group in 2017 as HR assistant and was promoted to the role of group head of HR in November 2020, where she is focused on driving and shaping the group’s HR strategy. Winstanley achieved her FCIPD accreditation in June 2021 – the youngest person on record to do so at the age of just 27 – and is currently studying an MBA at The Manchester Business School, due to graduate in 2023.
