About
The UK jobs market remains in a state of flux, with many HR professionals admitting recruitment and retention as its hardest problem to solve.

One solution is for HR to focus more on its internal talent pipeline and what more it can do to grow skills inside its organisation rather than look to recruit from elsewhere.

This webinar, in partnership with Cornerstone, will explore how the UK compares to its global counterparts when it comes to internal talent mobility and how to improve internal recruitment channels.

It will explore:
• How to better understand employees’ expectations around internal development
• Top talent mobility trends and gaps, highlighted by a survey with HR magazine readers
• Tips on how to improve talent mobility in your organisation
