Mark Howarth

Mark has been working in the telecoms industry for close on two decades joining Zen in 2017 as Channel Development Manager, Mark had responsibility for defining and leading Zen Partner’s learning strategy and supporting the division’s growth ambitions. Now in his role as Head of Trading and Partner Experience Mark is responsible for the design and delivery of the service experience strategy. This involves driving operational, technological and portfolio improvements for the benefit of Zen’s 700+ partners to ensure a consistently smooth end to end customer journey from point of sale through to in life management.
Broadband Portfolio Manager, Zen Internet
Andrew has over 10 years experience of managing and improving product portfolios bringing this knowledge with him to head up the Broadband Product Team at Zen. Andrew is responsible for owning and delivering Zen’s broadband product including the commercial and strategic planning as well as development. With the focus being on delivering value and market leading broadband products to Zen’s partners and customers.
