About
Focussing on skills as a strategic advantage is not a new trend for UK businesses. But thanks to the rapid evolution of HR tech, it’s becoming a lot more commonplace.

HR is expected to lead the charge when it comes to this skill-focussed future, but what in reality does this look like?

This webinar will explore the insights needed to fully embrace skills-based transformation, from understanding skills potential to how tech advancements are allowing organisations to better identify and nurture talent.

It will discuss:

• How to uncover skills capabilities in your workforce
• Defining the strategic role for AI in your organisation
• How to interpret and use data to align with c-suite objectives
