Ben Sheath is VP & Managing Director, Siemens Digital Industries Software, which offers a broad suite of applications that provide an integrated ‘Product to Production’ capability and helps customers deliver on the promises of digitalisation and Industry 4.0.

Prior to his current role Ben was the UK Consulting Director for Siemens Industry Software. He joined Siemens via the acquisition of UGS in 2007 and has worked with some of the UK’s leading companies across many industries. Ben has a degree in Engineering and loves problem solving. He lives on the Isle of Wight and enjoys sailing.

Oliver Glub joined Siemens 28 years ago and has spent most of his career helping customers address problems in engineering and manufacturing. His work across a number of industries has exposed him to a wide range of best-practices, which he and his team use to help companies in the Aerospace and Defense, Heavy Equipment, Industrial Machinery and Medical Device sectors improve the efficiency of their production operations. Oliver is passionate about technology, in particular digital threads, and the business value they can create.
