    Dr. Melvin T. Blackwell is the Senior Pastor of (A Place Called Zion), the Little Zion Baptist Church in Smithfield, Virginia, where he has served since 2004. He currently resides in Chesapeake, Virginia with his lovely wife Jackie. They are the proud parents of four children. Dr. Blackwell is the founder of Back Home Ministries, where the focus is kingdom teaching, training, technology, and publishing. He is the executor of the Pastor’s U(niversity) Lectures and Forward Leadership Conferences for Pastors and Church Leaders. He is the author of the Book BodyShift, a Model to Shift Church Members into Lifetime Kingdom Disciples. Dr. Blackwell is a compassionate leader with a passion to stir up the passion in others, equipping and inspiring them to (re)discover and fulfill their God-given purpose in life. Gifted to lead, he also serves as President of the Metro Ministers’ Conference; a conference impacting the Hampton Roads Communities of Southeastern Virginia.     Jon Haley has been involved in church ministry for over 20 years. He currently serves as an assistant pastor at his home church. He is no stranger to being on stage. He holds a master's degree in classical guitar performance and has performed in many concerts throughout the years. As a National Presenter for Logos, he loves to be on stage showing the amazing power of Logos Bible Software and how it can help people go deeper in their walk with God. He resides in Pennsylvania with his wife and their 3 children.
