Myles Runham
Senior Analyst for Digital Learning, Fosway
Myles Runham is the Senior Analyst for Digital Learning at Fosway Group, Europe’s #1 HR industry analyst. He has worked in online and digital businesses for over twenty years, fifteen of those in the learning field. He has held a range of leadership positions from strategy, marketing and product management through to managing director, each with a clear focus on the impact of digital technologies on customers, products and services and the future of the business.

Myles is the primary lead on research in the Digital Learning market, gathering vendor, customer and market insights, and helping corporate clients accelerate their decision making across all aspects of next generation learning. Prior to joining Fosway, Myles ran an independent consulting business specializing in digital learning strategy and managing digital change for senior leaders of corporate and vendor organizations. Prior to that, Myles was the Head of Digital at the BBC Academy. He is an active industry presence, blogging, speaking and writing on the digital evolution of the sector.

Kyile Stair
Chief People Officer, Litmos
Kyile Stair is the Chief People Officer at Litmos, where she is dedicated to driving business success by building highly engaged, inclusive and empowered teams. In her role, Kyile oversees the global HR organization, and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s people strategy, including talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, benefits, diversity equity and inclusion, organizational design, employee relations, and people tools and technologies.

Passionate about empowering individuals and cultivating their professional growth, Kyile continually challenges and enhances the employee experience in the face of a rapidly evolving global work environment.
