Jonathan Krueger started LionsGate Advisors with a vision of creating a truly exceptional experience for his clients. Since 2000, Jonathan has invested in the personal finance industry and has held several executive management positions throughout his career. As a fiduciary, Jonathan maintains his Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor license and uses his intricate knowledge of insurance and investment solutions to provide LionsGate Advisors' clients with advanced wealth preservation and legacy continuance strategies. He also maintains his Life & Health licenses in various states.

Jonathan takes pride in guiding his clients to make informed decisions, avoid costly mistakes, lower their taxes, increase estate size and find money falling through the cracks. Jonathan attributes his success to the high priority he places on being a good steward of the assets entrusted to his care.

In addition to private wealth management, Jonathan holds his Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation to evaluate value acceleration and succession planning for business owners and C-level executive teams. As a business owner, Jonathan understands the importance of combining the concept, effort, and process of succession planning for business owners into a clear, simple strategy. He collaborates to build a business that is highly valuable and transferable through strong human, structural, customer, and social capital.

Raised in Texas and a long-time resident of Colorado, Jonathan and his wife Andrea moved to St. Louis in 2014. Outside of the office, Jonathan can be found spending time with family or enjoying the great outdoors playing a round of golf.

Dr. Jim Grubman is a consultant to multigenerational families and their advisors about the issues that arise around wealth. He helps families establish healthy patterns of communication, governance, estate planning, and parenting for succeeding generations. He is the author of the renowned book, Strangers in Paradise: How Families Adapt to Wealth Across Generations, and co-author (with Dennis T. He has been published and quoted extensively by The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, CNBC, and other media, including Malcolm Gladwell’s 2013 book, David and Goliath. Dr. Grubman holds Fellow status in the Family Firm Institute and the Purposeful Planning Institute, and he is one of the very few psychologists in the 20,000-member STEP international trusts-and-estates organization. His global consulting practice, Family Wealth Consulting, is based in Massachusetts, USA.

As a recognized leader and pioneer in family governance throughout the world, Tom uses his “6 Steps to Healthy Family Governance” to assist families with communication, philanthropic vision, legacy planning, succession, and education. Tom incorporates these critical issues into a client’s comprehensive wealth management plan, not only helping to prepare the money for the family, but to also prepare the family for the money.

He brings more than three decades of experience to the wealth management industry where he has provided guidance and education to families, helping them transition significant capital, both tangible and intangible, from one generation to the next.

Jason is the principle of the Columbia, Missouri office and co-owns the Chesterfield, Missouri office. Jason holds a Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor license, which qualifies him to serve as an Investment Advisor Representative. This designation holds the bearer to a fiduciary commitment to the client, assuring that all recommendations are made in the best interest of the client, with the responsibility to have full transparency in all dealings. He also maintains Life and Health licenses in numerous states.

Jason has the steadfast, unbending belief that one person can make a difference in the world. This belief is reflected in the focused, proactive and logical approach he takes with clients. Jason works to mitigate much of the risk clients face in retirement as they transition from the accumulation phase of their financial lives into the distribution phase. He has built his practice on understanding how taxes may affect his clients, both now and in the future.

An educator at heart, Jason serves on the Advisory Council and is a faculty member at the University of Missouri’s OSHER Learning Institute and teaches at St. Charles Community College and St. Louis Community College. He is a member of the National Ethics Association, serves on the advisory board for the Better Business Bureau and works to support numerous philanthropic organizations.

Jason and his wife, Kimetha, a family medicine physician, live in Columbia on a beautiful ten-acre ranch with their horses and their dog Romeo, the company Chief Dog Officer (CDO). They greatly enjoy sailing, international travel and visit a new country every year. Carpe Diem!
