It’s no secret the past two-plus years have thrown numerous challenges at medical laboratory professionals as they navigated a global pandemic. Anecdotally, some have expressed feeling overworked and underappreciated after rising to meet this unprecedented moment. But exactly how widespread is that sentiment, and does data back it up?

Join us as we present the results of our first Medical Laboratory Professionals Wage and Morale Survey, which gathered responses from more than 1,000 individuals across the U.S. during April and May 2022. This data is relevant for all professionals, ranging from bench-level employees and managers to lab owners and decision makers, and can be used to inform future career or staffing decisions.
