He is Head of Design at Metro Bank, leading a talented user-centred team of UX & UI designers who believe in core user centred design principles, which ensure they constantly deliver value to create fans not customers. He was a highly valued Experience Designer at Momondo Group and Sopra-Steria, where he created user experiences for some of the most diverse user groups worldwide and engaged in UX activities on the largest digital transformation projects in the United Kingdom.
