Manning Hughson, the VP of Information Technology for One World Direct, has been an IT professional for over 25 years with extensive experience in both the entertainment, and manufacturing and logistics industries. He’s worked with some of the leading companies in their industries, including Creative Artists Agency, Sony Music, Scwharzkop Incorporated, and Ascena Retail. When he’s not busy creating EDI integrations or designing software, he’s either spending time with his two children, Yma and Archr OR spending time on his hobbies: horology (yes, you may have to look that up) and outdoor/fitness pursuits.

Zach Silverman is the General Manager at JustBrand Limited where he has worked since 2013. He oversees product development and production for the companies’ apparel brands ActionHeat & Gerbing, and also functions as a systems integrator for the multiple eCommerce platforms including TheWarmingStore.com & Amazon. Zach is a former professional athlete that brings a high level of discipline to a growing, family business. Zach’s philosophy has been to “inspect what you expect,” which has led to developing a multi-channel fulfillment system capable of shipping direct-to-consumer orders as well as servicing national retailers like Dick’s Sporting Goods, Bass Pro, Cabelas, Target, Home Depot, etc. Oh, and his favorite food is burritos.

Cassidy Kelly-Thomas is the eCommerce Merchandising Associate at SOKO. She has 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, Merchandising, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Service. She currently acts as the product manager for SOKO’s eCommerce business and is using her knowledge and expertise to improve and grow their online presence.”

He covers the world of direct-to-customer operations and fulfillment, editing the O+F Advisor newsletter while also programming MCM’s annual Operations Summit conference. Previously he was a senior account executive for Marx Communications public relations, working with marketing and advertising services firms.
