Starting at EMC Corp in Massachussetts, he honed his skills in technology, where he obtained a US Patent, before quickly finding himself managing people as he moved forward in his career. Working at startups, SMEs as well as MNCs, he has proven success in both entrepreneurial as well as the corporate environment.

    Sashe was also the Global Systems Service Manager at First Solar, where he was part of a startup team that took a greenfield location and built 6 factories that became the largest solar manufacturing facility in the world. He was also the Director of Delivery at Quintiq, where he led multiple teams to deliver software projects around the world. He is a confident and dedicated leader with proven ability in bringing success to his organization in a fast-paced environment, within global and regional roles by leading and motivating teams towards excellence.

    Sashe is currently the COO of Leaderonomics Digital, which was started up to disrupt the L&D space by leveraging the best of technology has to offer and applying it to the work place. He is recognised as a thought leader in the corporate EdTech space and has driven significant innovation with his technology background coupled with his insightful instructional design skills.

    Roshan Thiran
    Founder & CEO, Leaderonomics
    Roshan Thiran, is an award-winning HR leader and one of the foremost HR thought leaders in the world. Roshan started his career at Exxon-Mobil and later spent more than 14 years with General Electric (GE) across the US, Europe and across Asia, in multiple functions, including as a senior HR Director. He has also had roles in Finance, Technology and Operations. He moved to Johnson & Johnson, as the Director of Global Talent at Johnson & Johnson, managing a global portfolio for the organisation.     Caroline Ong
    Country General Manager of Leaderonomics Malaysia
    Caroline Ong has almost 20 years of experience in engaging and managing people-related engagements, with her founding years spent in Sales and Marketing, mainly in electronics manufacturing and IT-related industries and the latter years in Management Consulting, specialising in Human Capital consulting. She is currently Director, Client Engagement in Leaderonomics. Caroline’s human capital consulting experience stems from close to 2 years in PwC Consulting and more than 7 years in Hann Consulting, whereas the majority of her sales and marketing years were spent in Agilent Technologies.

    In PwC Consulting, Caroline was a Senior Manager, leading People & Organisation projects and work-streams of diverse projects. She led different teams to conduct analysis of industry and organisation eco-systems, processes and policies to recommend improvements to the organisations in terms of organisation structure, manpower requirements, compensation and benefits, behavioural and functional competencies, job descriptions and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Caroline designed and led assessments of the Senior Leadership Teams for a leading regional telco organisation and a global F&B organisation.

    Prior to that, Caroline led the business in Hann Consulting, a boutique Talent Management local consulting firm. She was responsible for scoping, designing & implementing people and organisational solutions. This involved aligning the strategic direction and job requirements of different departments and roles, modelling and implementing succession planning frameworks, scholarship and management trainee selection processes. She led the team to define leadership competencies, design Assessments Centers, including the usage of psychometric tools for the purposes of recruitment, promotion, talent pool and succession planning pool prioritisation and development. In addition, Caroline facilitated leadership and talent pool business simulations, development workshops, and specific human capital interventions, such as increasing employee engagement, core values buy-in and HR ownership for senior line management.

    The fundamentals of Caroline’s client engagement and servicing was built when she was immersed for about 8 years at Agilent Technologies. Her roles spanned across a varied portfolio of roles from frontline Sales and Business Development to strategic product development and marketing programs. She has heavily involved in revamping the distributor channels programme and offerings, innovating the Support Contracts business unit’s products and improving the product’s life-cycle management policies and processes. In the earlier part of her Agilent career, Caroline was leading the Asia’s post-sales support products. She had also spent foundational years in developing her sales and client management competencies in Dell Computer and other IT-related organisations.

    Ang Hui Ming
    Co-Founder & COO Leaderonomics Group
    Ang Hui Ming is a co-founder of Leaderonomics and is one of the most prominent experts in the learning and development space. She started her career at PWC, before spending many years at General Electric (GE), moving from finance roles to business management and finally as the Asia Pacific HR leader for GE's Oil & Gas segment.

    Hui Ming has deep expertise in curriculum design and instructional design. She has helped numerous organisations design state-of-the-art learning and development programmes and was one of the pioneers in crafting the Talent Acceleration programmes for hi-pos in organisations.
