We've heard our parents and the generation before them speak about great leaders.

We, ourselves have our own list of great leaders in our books.

If you were to ask a teenager or kid, who would they consider a great leader of their time - you would have another list of possibly social influencers.

Are there certain characteristics of leaders that have sustained over time or have they been replaced by other traits?

Let's discover what has changed and what has stayed the same in leaders in this 21st century.

We've decided to make this a FREE webinar to EXCITE & INSPIRE you to take steps to greater heights in your leadership journey. This is an essential action to ensure continued growth of self and into your organisation or community. Roshan Thiran will also bring into the talk, his background on leadership development and how that ties in to one's personal leadership journey.

The focus of the talk is on leadership and the journey, which may include learning, pain and suffering and growth that needs to be taken by every single person in the journey to greatness as a leader.
