The Big Switch: Transitioning Existing Manufacturing to Meet the Challenges of New Technology

About This Webinar

As the technology practiced in a lab or a manufacturing environment changes, the design and function of the space must change, too. One example of a big change involves gene and cell therapy. Gene and cell therapy are changing the nature of how we look and treat diseases. As more and more manufacturers are getting into this particular sphere of medicine, they are looking at ways to reuse their existing space and make it viable for this important landscape. Jeff Gilmore, PE and Grayson Heller of cGMPnow, along with Alicia Pandimos Maurer, AIA of CannonDesign, will provide specifics on these manufacturing space transitions. The team will discuss the implications of this change on the building and how we as an industry can make this transition in space more seamless and smoother.
