Alicia Pandimos Maurer has more than 20 years of experience in the field of architecture, with her specialty being science and technology. She has worked with both public and private clients. Alicia's passion is for sustainable, human-friendly spaces that look toward the future of science and pharma. Alicia's favorite area of science tech design is gene and cell therapy and its amazing potential for the greater good of humanity. Immunology and DNA/RNA are also very important to her.

Jeff Gilmore has over 26 years of diversified project management, project engineering/process design, scale up/tech transfers, and commissioning/qualification experience. He has a broad range of experience in biopharmaceutical and small molecule API and drug product manufacturing, specialty chemical, and food/beverage industries. Additionally, Jeff has recent and significant experience in the site selection due-diligence, facility design, and manufacturing scale-up of advanced therapeutic medicinal products (ATMPs). He also has supervisory experience of both technical and management staff members and is well-versed in leading multi-disciplinary teams both locally and remotely. He has demonstrated an ability to work in nimble and matrixed team-based environments, lead diverse groups of personnel with and without administrative authority, and has strong problem-solving, organizational, issue resolution, and facilitation skills. He has significant engineering experience associated with fermentation, cell processing, purification, oral solid dosage, plant and process utilities, HVAC, material handling, and facilities equipment/unit operations in cGMP environments.

Grayson Heller has a decade of process/project engineering and project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and specialty chemical industries. He earned his ChemE from the University of Colorado and has worked directly for Roche, CH2M Hill, and Sandoz in a variety of roles including system owner.
