Unlocking the Secrets within Cells Using Next Generation Sequencing
Recorded
Wednesday, October 4, 2023 · 1:00 p.m.
ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
Next generation sequencing (NGS) technologies give scientists unprecedented access to comprehensive molecular datasets in fields such as cancer research, stem cell biology, and beyond. Bulk, single cell, spatial, and multiomic NGS methods allow researchers to explore cells’ inner workings in times of health, stress, and disease.
In this summit brought to you by Illumina, scientists will discuss their experiences working together on cutting-edge sequencing projects. Elsa Molina and Jessica Pham from the University of California, San Diego will highlight how they sequenced stem cells from astronauts after spaceflight. Ann Tate and Santiago Peralta from Cornell University will discuss their sequencing project that shed light on a unique cancer model.
