This workshop will take place in two parts, each lasting 90 minutes.

Part 1 on June 8 at 8pm eastern: The Workshop

A presentation that will give you an overview of basic mindfulness principles and walk you through different exercises to show you how to apply the techniques in your work and personal life. You will also be given a few homework assignments to do before Part 2.

Part 2 on June 15 at 8pm eastern time: The Exercises

This is a private zoom call to talk through the homework assignments you received in Part 1 and do live exercises with each other in a supportive group environment.
