Every single person can be a leader, regardless of age, experience, your job, etc. Being a leader is about knowing how to inspire people to action, nothing more. This workshop will develop your leadership abilities in ways you can apply in multiple areas of your life, including work, home, church, community groups, etc...

We'll cover the core aspects of leadership:
-Crafting a vision
-Building alignment
-Inspiring action and execution

You will learn your innate strengths in each of these areas, identify your challenges, and develop a tangible action plan for flexing your leadership muscle as effectively as possible.

This workshop will take place in two parts, each lasting 90 minutes.

Note: This workshop is more expensive because it includes a DISC Work of Leaders profile, a 20 page customized report about your specific leadership style. This will help you gain a greater understanding of how to apply the information in this workshop. You will receive access to complete the profile prior to Part 1.

Part 1 on April 13 at 8pm eastern: The Workshop

A presentation that will discuss the psychology of leadership, and the different leadership approaches that exist. We'll also receive the Work of Leaders reports to allow you to understand your innate strengths as a leader, and areas you may be challenged. Finally, you will be given a few homework assignments to do before Part 2.

Part 2 on April 20 at 8pm eastern time: The Exercises

This is a private zoom call to talk through the homework assignments you received in Part 1 and do live exercises with each other in a supportive group environment.
