Rapid Skilling by Leveraging TWI

KAIZEN™ always treated problems as opportunities. Courtesy, Covid-19 pandemic, almost all industries are forced to a grinding halt. Even if the lockdown is lifted, it would be difficult for many of the organizations to get back to normal operations as their ”migrant-workers” are lost and so are their skilled personnel. Let us solve this problem the Kaizen way!
