John was a partner for more than ten years in a financial advisory firm in upstate New York, USA. He had a passion with helping people to move towards and achieve their financial goals.

In 2015, he moved to Trinidad where he began business coaching shortly after. In 2017, he began offering sales training and has trained hundreds of individuals since starting that.

In 2020, just around the start of the pandemic, he started working with Kristen Alexis, where she brought in the expertise of mindset coaching, where they would help people to overcome their beliefs and thought patterns that had held them back.

After recording over 20 hours of webinars and workshops together, John & Kristen created Aligned With Greatness, a membership platform that offers bi-monthly group coaching, live webinars, and has a library of 25+ hours of workshops available 24/7 for members.

They are always adding more value to the platform and are excited for how they are able to serve many individuals through it.

John & Kristen offer 1-1 coaching on mindset, business, relationships, and also offer trainings to groups in sales, customer service, emotional intelligence, leadership, and more.
