David Koslov

Dr. Koslov is a fellowship trained expert in male and female reconstructive urology. He completed his medical degree at the University of Toledo, and then a six year residency in urology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine which provided a broad experience in all aspects of urologic surgery, and included a year of research at the Wake Forest Institute of Regenerative Medicine where he focused on bladder physiology and pharmacobiology. During residency he became interested in urologic reconstruction, and after graduation completed a fellowship in Genitourinary Reconstruction at the University of Colorado and he performed a high volume of open and minimally invasive surgeries. He has published many book chapters and peer review articles in urology and has presented research at regional and national conferences. He joined San Bernardino Urologic associates in 2020 to provide care to patients with reconstructive needs. He has a passion for treating men and women with complex genitourinary issues such as erectile dysfunction, urethral strictures, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and offers robotic and minimally invasive surgery for ureteral strictures, BPH, and prolapse. He has a strong interest in prosthetics and helping patients revitalize their personal lives and recover from cancer treatments.
