The Therapy Awareness Program is an educational event presented by Dr. Kevin Chu from Advanced Urology and Coloplast Urology to provide education on the topic of erectile dysfunction to primary care physicians and other healthcare providers. The purpose of the Therapy Awareness Program is to provide healthcare professionals with the tools and education necessary to screen their patients for these conditions, provide treatment where appropriate, and understand when to send their patients to a specialist for a more comprehensive evaluation. The education provided through the Therapy Awareness Program will result in improved patient care.

Kevin Chu, MD
Dr. Kevin Chu underwent his urology training at the University of Miami.

He then completed an Andrology (Male Fertility + Sexual Medicine + Men’s Health) fellowship under the mentorship of urology thought-leader, Dr. Ranjith Ramasamy, at the University of Miami. Dr. Ramasamy was the recent recipient of the Gold Cystoscope, one of the highest honors bestowed upon a urologist.

Dr. Chu has published in numerous academic journals, as well as presented his work at national urologic, reproductive endocrine & infertility, and sexual medicine conferences. He has received numerous grants for his research endeavors.

Dr. Chu is currently a urologist with Advanced Urology in Los Angeles, CA, as the male fertility / sexual medicine / men’s health specialist.
