Stickwork is the starting point of any good offense because possession is key! It's the foundation for developing skills and building confidence necessary for players to think for themselves on the field, being able to handle the ball in tight spaces and under pressure.

Once players know their stick better by understanding different release points, and how to use shoulders and feet to execute different passes and fakes, it's time to build up to understanding angles in game situations.

Understanding angles include changing the point of attack to dodge or shoot from the space that's best suited for the attacker — not just where the defenders and goalies want you to attack from, and making the most out of every possession with high percentage opportunities on net.
