Shifts to create and lead more inclusive team environments has led to many changes in a short time. Coaches must ensure that recent changes and growth are sustainable and embedded in team culture. This presentation will remind, teach, inspire coaches to employ IDEA-based (inclusive, diverse, equitable, and antiracist) leadership practices. Coaches will be reminded of the benefits and purpose of IDEA-based leadership. Also, coaches will learn strategies for sustainable change centered around IDEA-based behaviors. Lastly, coaches will be inspired to continue the work and renew their commitment to inclusive team environments.
