    "Official Lax Girl," Nike athlete, and ESPN analyst
    Tari Kandemiri, also known as Official Lax Girl, is a sports social media personality, writer, and reporter. Tari is signed as an athlete with Nike Lacrosse, hosts "Sound On with Tari and Amari" for ESPN, and is on the board of directors of the Tewaaraton Foundation. Community service is of the utmost importance to Tari, and she serves as a Lead Clinician for the USA Lacrosse Sankofa Lacrosse Clinic Series and volunteers with multiple organizations in the lacrosse community. Tari writes and commentates for a variety of media organizations, including ESPN, Inside Lacrosse Magazine, and Athletes Unlimited, and has also created content for the Premier Lacrosse League and National Lacrosse league. She has provided commentary for World Lacrosse events, most recently the Women's World Championships, and is a pioneer in calling the Sixes Olympic format of lacrosse for men and women. Outside of lacrosse, Tari works in Management Consulting for Consumer Goods companies and is the founder of her own startup, Hama Beauty, a platform that uses data science to recommend beauty and skincare products to consumers.

    Union College Head Coach - 2009-2021. Jackson left Union College tied for first on the program's all-time wins list, as her 80-73 record matches the 80 wins of Linda Bevelander (1997-04). Under her watch, Union produced one All-American, nine All-Region selections, and 51 All-Liberty League honorees. She led the team to one of the best seasons in program history in 2015, when Union posted a 13-4 record and swept the Liberty League regular-season and tournament titles to earn an NCAA Tournament berth, with Jackson also earning Liberty League Coach of the Year honors that season as well. Jackson also made an impact off the field both at Union and beyond. At the College, Jackson was a member of Union's Athletics Gender Equity Committee, the Alumni Gym Inclusivity Committee, the school's Race, Power and Privilege Initiative, and the DEI Recruitment and Retention Committee, among other groups. At the national level, Jackson served on the IWLCA Board of Directors and has spent time on multiple national committees, including the NCAA Rules Committee and the IWLCA Racial Equity Task Force.
