Richard Haddad

Richard Haddad is the Chief Executive Officer of Jannah Hotels & Resorts and brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry to his role. Richard spearheads the vision of the company, driving the group’s growth strategy and increasing operational efficiency. He also oversees the brand development, ensuring the brand strategies and operational management initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively, and leads on the development of upcoming projects and hotels.

Prior to his role with Jannah Hotels & Resorts, Richard held managerial positions across various hotel groups in the Middle East including Monroe Hotels and Vision Hotels, and was Director of Product Development with the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority. With a keen and balanced focus on staff development and guest experience, Richard is focused on creating a positive environment for his staff and guests, aiming to enhance the group’s positioning.

Richard graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Notre Dame University, Lebanon. Additionally, he completed various executive program courses in strategy and investment and achieved the General Manager program at Cornell University School of Hotel
Administration, USA. He also completed the Corporate Management Program at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland.
