This module allows the HR Administrators to publish various documents into the HR Document Management and assign access rights to the folder/documents and allow employees to view the documents. The module also has a feature for HR to attach compliance requirements for the document uploaded so that the employees are prompted to view the document and acknowledge their compliance.
