In this session, we will take an in-depth look at greenwashing, regulatory risk, reputational risk and litigation risk in the context of capital markets transactions. In short, an overview of emerging ESG related risks alongside practical tips to help mitigate these risks. We will also provide a brief explanation of the increasingly extensive array of EU and UK sustainable finance legislation that you may encounter on a day-to-day basis.
