Unsupported staff will often leave employment, resulting in a huge loss of female talent for businesses and an unneccesary additional trauma for women facing health events.

Our panelists will share their journeys and discuss how we can unlock female potential and ensure our workplaces support our unique physical, mental and emotional needs.

Kerryn Waters is a Nutrition and Fitness Expert who advocates for a proactive approach to maintaining your health (particularly when you are also trying to smash your work goals!)

Melissa Marsden is a Workplace Dynamics Strategist who works to enhance organisational relationships and enrich culture through smart workplace design. Is your workplace supporting you to reach your potential?

Leigh Morrison is a Leadership Coach and Career Mentor. She is passionate about helping people recalibrate and make a powerful shift to align life and work, helping to direct people to where they truly want to be. She is passionate about examining the additional mental load that women face such as caring responsibilities, perimenopause and menopause, grief and how this can affect our mental and physical health at work.
