Our mentoring program at Rare Birds connects entrepreneurs and emerging leaders with a high calibre mentor that will guide and support them on their journey for 12 months. We match mentees with appropriate mentors based on personality, professional needs, career stage, personal development and business challenges, in order to create productive and rewarding mentorships.
