Stephanie Millar, MSc
Vice President of Strategic Growth for Impact Laboratories, a subsidiary of the 501c3 non-profit organization, My Green Lab
In her role, she supports their large industry partners with scaling the My Green Lab Certification program for their labs. She also leads strategic initiatives for the organization through supply chain engagement and partnerships with key stakeholders. In 2022, she held a position on the UN Climate Champions team as the Pharma and Biotech Sector Lead in conjunction with her work at My Green Lab. She holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Auckland, where she applied green chemistry principles to her work, sparking her passion for sustainable science. In addition to her accomplishments in science and sustainability, Stephanie led the development of a mentorship program for Women in Climate Tech, empowering women to pursue careers in STEM and sustainability. Stephanie aims to accelerate climate action across all of the life sciences through her knowledge of the industry and her passion for sustainability.

Matt McLoughlin
Senior Vice President of Compliance & Categories
Matt is our Senior Vice President of Compliance & Categories. Matt has been involved in drug research and discovery for over 24 years. Prior to his role in Scientist.com he was a senior research scientist at AstraZeneca before moving to procurement as a global category manager supporting pre-clinical research and human biological sample acquisition. Since joining Scientist.com he has developed our third party vendor risk management solution, which is now widely accepted across the industry, as well as our award-winning COMPLi® platform and on-site pre-assessment program VERIF.i®. Using his knowledge of the industry he has supported the creation of our category approaches to HBS, In Vivo, CMC, Biomarkers to benefit both our clients and suppliers.
