Dr. Wenji Su holds a BSc from HKUST and a PhD in Biochemistry, Cell, and Developmental Biology from Emory. Formerly a scientist at GSK, she developed in vitro BBB models. At WuXi AppTec, she established the DEL screening platform and now leads the early discovery platform, offering comprehensive early-stage drug discovery services.

Zhongyao Ma, PhD
Director, Head of Target Discovery and Validation & Peptide Discovery Platform Early Discovery, WuXi AppTec
Dr. Zhongyao Ma earned his bachelor’s in Biology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Ph.D. in Genetics and Developmental Biology from the University of Georgia. In 2021, he joined WuXi AppTec's China R&D Center, now focusing on expanding DNA Encoded Library (DEL) technology, and leading peptide discovery and target science platforms.

Andy Ng, PhD
Director, Head of Oligo Discovery Platform Early Discovery, WuXi AppTec
Dr. Andy Ng is Director of Oligonucleotide Drug Discovery at WuXi AppTec, focusing on accelerating oligo drug development. He spent 8 years as Director of Preclinical Studies at a biotech firm in Singapore/USA, developing RNA-targeted ASO and small molecules. He earned his Ph.D. in Synthetic Biology from Columbia University and trained at A*STAR.
