Briefly having considered a stint in the culinary world as a Pastry Chef, he came to the conclusion that he wasn’t good enough and ended up in Marketing! After 10 years on the B2C side running E-commerce Marketing teams, he made the switch to B2B and inSided, where he fell in love with the world of Customer Success and digital customer strategies, and decided to dive in.
