Remco is the VP of Marketing at inSided by Gainsight. Briefly having considered a stint in the culinary world as a Pastry Chef, he came to the conclusion that he wasn’t good enough and ended up in Marketing! After 10 years on the B2C side running E-commerce Marketing teams, he made the switch to B2B and inSided, where he fell in love with the world of Customer Success and digital customer strategies, and decided to dive in. His main goal, make scalable Customer Success a reality for every SaaS company, and every type of customer. Other notables: He gained a Linkedin addiction.
