Sidong Liu

NHMRC Early-Career Fellow, Macquarie University

Sidong Liu is National Health and Medicine Research Council (NHMRC) Early Career Fellow at Macquarie University. In 2019, he established the Artificial Intelligence in Medical Imaging research stream at Australian Institute of Health Innovation (AIHI), and has been leading this research stream since then. His expertise, in medical imaging, computer vision and machine learning, entails developing novel artificial intelligence methods for medical image analysis and identifying high value use cases for precision healthcare in clinical settings.

Ramy Ibrahim

Head of DX Portfolio, Fujitsu

Ramy is motivated by helping enterprises use technology to get things done simpler, faster, and cheaper.

At Fujitsu, Ramy is the Head of DX Portfolio and heads up the co-creation and innovation team where he assists clients in solving business challenges with interactive workshops, innovation projects, and global technology both existing and emerging from Fujitsu's labs.

Richard Biggs

APAC Leader/AI, NetApp

Richard has been leading GTM activities in emerging technology fields such as Artificial Intelligence & Augmented Reality for over 10 years, he has spent the last 5 years working in start-ups across Asia Pacific and now is responsible for growing NetApp’s AI business in the region.

Michael Lang

Asia Pacific South Solutions Architecture Manager, NVIDIA

Michael has been active in the infrastructure, virtualization, and VDI spaces for well over a decade, as a partner, vendor, and always as an advocate for improved business outcomes. Whether it’s with a mining, government, or defence customer, or an architectural firm looking to solve challenges or increase productivity, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to benefit his customers. He currently holds the role of Manager of Solutions Architecture for Asia Pacific South at NVIDIA, and in addition, he is an Intelligent Video Analytics Solutions Architect for Deep Learning-based solutions at NVIDIA ANZ.

Michael holds multiple technical certifications, is an NVIDIA Certified Deep Learning Instructor and has a Masters in Cyber Security, and holds degrees in Psychology and Philosophy.

Ian Ferreira

Chief Product Officer, Core Scientific

As Chief Product Officer AI, Ferreira is charged with equipping and enabling Data Scientists to take on the world’s most advanced challenges. Before joining Core Scientific, Ferreira was EVP of Programmatic, charged with building the WideOrbit’s Programmatic Exchange. Prior to joining WideOrbit, Ferreira was Director of Engineering at a Seattle-based AI start-up focusing on the financial industry. Spending a decade at Microsoft, Ferreira worked in and around Bing®.
