    Consultant Engineer - Small Molecular Manufacturing, Eli Lilly
    Regina Lynch, BE CEng MIChemE, is a Consultant Engineer working in Small Molecule Manufacturing – Eli Lilly, Kinsale. She works in delivery of new processes from registration stability through validation to commercial supply as well as internal tech transfers and scale-ups. She is experienced in designing complex batch & continuous processes: key member of the design team for the continuous equipment used in SVC & key member of the tech transfer team supporting the first 3-step fully continuous process for the SVC platform launch.

    She is also a member of the Process & Chemical Engineering Department, University College Cork, as an industrially sourced lecturer

    Arani Elanganathan
    Senior Chemical Development Engineer - Edwards Vacuum
    Arani Elanganathan is a Senior Chemical Development Engineer in the Applications department at Edwards Ltd. Arani is currently managing the particulate program, which aims to understand particulate behaviour and develop technologies to completely remove airborne PM2.5 particulate from within Edwards abatement products. Arani started working within the Engineering department (NPI) at Edwards in 2011, has since gained a wide range of experience including design, compliance work, chairing HazOp’s, planning and undertaking experimental work. She has also had the opportunity to work at a customer site in China for 2 weeks.

    Arani is a chartered Chemical Engineer with a MEng from University of Manchester.
