Job hiring sites like Monster and Indeed estimate that 95% of workers are looking for a new job. Additionally, 45% of employees have side hustles to earn more money or fulfill other interests.
It's no secret that employee engagement increases retention and performance, but how do you increase engagement? It is critical that you understand how each employee's overall well-being is critical to your success and how this is very different from the outdated concept of work-life balance.

She has spent years studying how Customer Experience impacts the bottom line. She has two Customer Experience Certifications and is a member of the Customer Experience Professional Association (CXPA).
Lori serves as a member of the ICCFA Sales and Marketing Committee and is a professor in the CX/Hospitality, Technology, and Graduate Colleges at ICCFA University.
