About
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) has become an essential tool for clinicians working with clients facing intense emotions, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. In this free, value-packed training, we’ll dive into key DBT concepts—radical acceptance, dialectics, and validation—and explore how to apply them effectively in real-world sessions.

You’ll also receive a high-level overview of DBT’s four foundational skill areas: mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. These core skills form the backbone of DBT and are essential tools for helping clients navigate intense emotions, build stronger relationships, and develop healthier coping strategies.

Whether you’re new to DBT or looking to enhance your integration of its principles, this session will leave you with practical insights and clinical takeaways you can use immediately.

In This 1-hour Webinar, You’ll Learn How To:

✅ Explain and apply radical acceptance to help clients reduce emotional suffering by acknowledging reality without judgment.
✅ Use validation techniques to strengthen rapport and help clients feel seen and heard.
✅ Apply dialectical thinking to promote balanced perspectives, reduce conflict, and support change through acceptance.
✅ Integrate DBT strategies to enhance therapeutic alliance and treatment outcomes.
