The post-pandemic HR challenge: business agility, employee wellbeing, and the evolution of leadership

The worldwide Coronavirus pandemic has created unprecedented challenges to all of our institutions – and has been especially impactful on businesses of all types, industries, and sizes. For HR leaders, the pressures have been immense. To help their organizations and their people thrive in the new normal, HR leaders will need to focus in three critical areas:

- Business Agility –adaptive and agile organizations are best prepared to navigate uncertainty and change
- Wellbeing – the impacts of the pandemic will have long term negative effects on employee wellbeing, HR leader will have to increase attention and support of employees going forward
- Evolved Leadership – the pandemic has reinforced that HR must work to develop clear, open, honest, and empathetic leaders at all levels of the organization
