Join us live, once a week, to get all your questions answered from the basics of your new account, to learning your way around the new builder and HoneyBook Flows.

These 30 minute sessions are driven by open-format questions from YOU. Submit your questions ahead of time, ask them live, or just listen along to hear what others need help with.

Please note, we won't be able to troubleshoot any issues in your account during these sessions. If you're experiencing any trouble, you'll still need to get in touch with our Concierge team to troubleshoot live with them instead.

    This will be set up as a very interactive discussion where the content is completely driven by your specific questions, whether you submit them ahead of time here during registration or chat them in during the session itself.

    This is just say, no two session are the same!

    So feel free to join weekly, even if just to listen in on the questions others have. You never know what you'll come away learning!

    - Account/Company Settings
    - Basic "how to's"

    Plus, we'll always be prepared with frequently asked questions.

    If you've been searching for quick 1:1 help with your new account, this is a great resource for you to get confident with your new tools.

    Please note, we won't be able to do any live troubleshooting during these sessions. If you need more specific help, our concierge team is available 7 days a week to support you via the "?" icon in the bottom right corner of your HoneyBook account.
