In the final session, the presenters will discuss the steps and potential OIPC processes that occur at the end of an organization’s response to an access request, including:
• Access complaints, including adequate search complaints
• Requests for review;
• Deemed refusals;
• Mediation;
• Preparing for an inquiry;
• Legal exposure resulting from orders against the organization.
The final session will conclude with a question and answer period and attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance.
