This session will review the mandatory exceptions to disclosure, including a detailed discussion about section 23(4).
This is a hands-on session. Attendees will learn:
• How and to what extent to apply redactions to personal information; and
• How to determine what is “work product information” and “contact information”.
Attendees will participate in mock redaction exercises so that they can practice applying the knowledge imparted in this session.
Can’t make a session at the scheduled time? Registrants will receive a webinar recording after each session to catch up at their convenience.
