In the final session, the presenters will discuss the steps and potential OIPC processes that occur at the end of a public body’s response to an FOI request, including:

• Adequate search complaints
• Requests for review
• Deemed refusals
• Mediation
• How to see relief from vexatious applicants and
• Being prepared for an inquiry
