About This Webinar

This is the first session of our 2-part series on Human Rights And Accommodation. During this webinar, participants will become familiar with the principles and application of prohibited discrimination and accommodation

Participants will also acquire the knowledge and tools to address common challenges that arise for employers, including:
- Determining when the point of undue hardship has been met
- Imposing discipline in the face of non-culpable behaviours
- Navigating human rights law and performance management processes

In particular, she focuses on grievances, human rights issues, wrongful dismissals, discrimination claims, policy reviews, and employment agreements.
