This is the first session of our 2-part series on Human Rights And Accommodation. During this webinar, participants will become familiar with the principles and application of prohibited discrimination and accommodation

Participants will also acquire the knowledge and tools to address common challenges that arise for employers, including:
- Determining when the point of undue hardship has been met
- Imposing discipline in the face of non-culpable behaviours
- Navigating human rights law and performance management processes

All attendees will be provided access to the presentation for 30 days, along with additional resource materials for on-the-job reference.
