What is your exit strategy?

What is your business worth in the eyes of private equity firms?

If you're like most owners, you know what you want in terms of exiting your business, but you're not crystal clear on how to get there. Based on repeatable and predictable processes, Nick Richmond has built one of the largest and fastest growing remodeling companies in the Country. Nick will share his detailed roadmap on how he's positioned Matrix for a highly lucrative acquisition. Along with specifics about what the acquisition process looks like and how you can more accurately value your business so you can approach the process with confidence.

Nick Richmond
Co-Founder Grosso University / Owner Matrix Home Solutions
Nick Richmond started out in 2003 as a sales representative in Flint Michigan. After mastering the Grosso System, he quickly fell in love with the business and became a Multi-Million Dollar Producer! In 2009, Nick decided to turn his passion for the home improvement industry into an incredibly successful business called Matrix Home Solutions. In just 9 years, Matrix went from zero to now being ranked in the Top 50 Nationwide scaling over $40 million in annual sales. Building his company from the ground up has provided Nick with priceless knowledge and experience in every aspect of the business from call center development, marketing, sales and even production. Like his partner, Dominic, Nick has mastered the art of the one-sit-close and has figured out how to apply this strategy to selling design/build basements, which many thought was impossible.
