Coaching Co-Lab: Kick off with kick offs

Welcome to this collaborative group to discuss various aspects of coaching.

Ryan's vision is to create a space where we can share ideas, discuss how they work, and why might not, to help inform our own coaching.

In the first one, Ryan will put forward his kick off receipt plan, describe how he would develop it and then see how other coaches would adjust, add or reboot.

I'm here to facilitate the meeting. We have a rough idea on the format, but we hope to improve this every time we meet.

We think that 45 minutes is enough time, and if there are more thoughts, let's develop them next time.
