One of the main goals for an aspiring graduate student who wants to study abroad is to settle down in that country. If that country is the United States, then the stereotype goes that the way to do it is by obtaining an H-1B visa. Well, we're here to prove that is not always the case.

Saiman Shetty came to the U.S. in 2013 to pursue his Master's at Arizona State University. After graduating, he tried getting his H-1B but his name was not picked in the lottery the first time, or the second time. Instead of solely relying on the lottery again, he wanted to try something different.
