Hilary has had a long career in public services having worked at local, regional, and central government level.
She has extensive experience in delivering high quality public services in a wide range of disciplines including Social Care, Health, Housing, and Customer Services.
She is passionate about delivering improved quality outcomes for citizens and communities and has developed and delivered successful transformation programmes to respond to the need for modernisation and reform, that have focused on capturing the benefits of digital as an enabler to tackle financial austerity, rising demand on services and the need for local government to stay relevant in a digital age.
Committed to developing collaborative public services and developing local partnerships, including a pioneering shared digital workspace to joined up service delivery across Health, Adult Social Care and Housing.
