We have all implemented changes very quickly in the last couple of months. We have moved massive chunks of our workforce to remote working overnight. We have implemented new processes in a matter of days. We have changed the way we communicate with our colleagues day to day. We have achieved so much in a short space of time and some things have gone well and some not so well.

We are bordering on the next new normal when I write this and by the time of our session we(the government) will have ‘announced’ (after leaking details days ago) whatever the first relaxation of lockdown will be.

One thing that is abundantly clear to us is that we will need to continuously change and iterate our processes for a long time to come and it will need to be rapid to respond to change. There are many other things going to change too.
